Second Stop: Cork.
We only spent one night here (which was a blessing because the hostel was not the best…) but it had so much character and charm.

We are NOT saving the best for last this time. This is Mr. Cat, my new best friend and the furriest Cork resident. He followed us around and it was so sad when we had to part ways.
It was a foggy and slightly rainy day in Cork, but I believe it adds to the academic, small, and calming presence of the city.
I think some of my favorite pictures from the trip were at this cathedral. It seems like something out of Harry Potter.
And obviously we give the pigeons some appreciation. I always wonder what it is like to hang out on a wire looking at the cars below.
This is my friend Sydney and I in a second-hand bookstore.
There were many interesting finds here! What caught my eye was a collection of printed papers and articles, specifically this one on how economic policy in the US took advantage of drug trade and led to cocaine issues and criminal activity in South America.
And of course, the University College Cork, known for its similarities to Hogwarts. Walking through the passageways here genuinely seems like walking on the set of Harry Potter.
